Hello everyone!
Approximately four years ago, I had the pleasure of being introduced to Mr. Ronald Wada by my Hairdresser, Monica Rae, in Kennewick, WA. Monica spoke highly of Ron's transformative teaching for the beauty industry, sparking my curiosity to learn more. Consequently, I connected with Ron, and after a profound conversation and watching sample videos of stylists in action, I was truly astonished by the dedication and sacrifices hair stylists make to serve their clients.
Ron's teachings resonated deeply with me, and we decided to collaborate on a PowerPoint presentation centered around the anatomical movement of a stylist's body. Our focus was on RMS/RMD & CT (Repetitive Motion Syndrome, Repetitive Motion Disorder, & Cumulative Trauma), and the symptoms associated with such damaging movements.
Ron was kind enough to invite me to his upcoming class, not only as an observer, but also participating on-stage as a guest speaker echoing medical guidance. Along with audience participation, I demonstrated exercises to help diminish/alleviate various body ailments. It was an honor for me to share many expert tips and advice from the perspective of an upper extremity clinician.
Despite our busy schedules, Ron and I are looking forward to more collaborations that will prove beneficial for years to come.
As a licensed medical professional, I wholeheartedly recommend the Ergo-Nami Cutting System to all Cosmetologists and Barbers. It's a game-changer in the industry, helping professionals take care of their health while delivering exceptional results.
Here's to a Healthy & Prosperous Career – Remember to REST, PERFORM, and LEARN!

Rita Pritchard, BSN, RN
Independence, Kentucky
Hello, my name is Rita Pritchard, RN. I currently work at Saint Elizabeth Healthcare located in Edgewood, Kentucky. I have been in the medical field spanning over 3 decades. As a Registered Nurse, I spent 17 years in the Occupational Health sector helping hundreds of individuals with eliminating RMD/RMS, and CT - Repetitive Motion Disorder/Repetitive Motion Syndrome & Cumulative Trauma, from their daily work routine.
Through my husband, a professional shear sharpener in the Mid-West, I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Ronald Wada. Knowing I was a nurse, Ron introduced me to his Ergo-Nami Cutting System and expressed the need for a desperate change in the industry. He shared with me how Cosmetologist & Barbers have abused their body while cutting hair for the sake of their clients and their art. He was very passionate about changing this insane way Cosmetologist & Barbers strain their body on a daily basis. I finally had the opportunity to attend one of Ron’s Ergo-Nami Cutting System Class and be a guest speaker. I spoke on the value and importance of proper, healthy body movements while performing all tasks as a Cosmetologist or Barber, but more specifically when cutting hair.
Knowing now how Cosmetologist & Barbers abuse their body with RMD/RMS movements and seeing the solutions that the Ergo-Nami Cutting System provides them, I would highly recommend Ergo-Nami to all Cosmetologist & Barbers. Whether you are new to the industry, or a seasoned hairdresser.
“Think Healthy, Be Healthy”
Wishing you all a long and healthy career cutting hair!
