Mr. Ronald D. Wada spent over 15 years developing the Ergo-Nami Cutting System.  Observing how stylists & barbers are constantly straining and abusing their body for the sake of the craft along with being aware of the lack of shear knowledge they possess, the “AHA” moment happened.  Mr. Wada had an epiphany, and the creation of the Ergo-Nami Cutting System was born.  He has Instructed and Educated hundreds of Stylists & Barbers for over a decade.  Stylist and Barbers around the nation have all benefitted from this unique Cutting System.  Generating a longer career by protecting their body with industry changing, injury prevention techniques while creating amazing results for their clients.  He hosts his Cutting Workshop & Hair Shows along with his Advanced Cutting Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada.   

Mr. Wada began his journey in the beauty industry in 1997 as an AVEDA Territory Manager and Product & Service Educator.  He is a 2 Time Regional award recipient from Mr. Horst Rechelbacher, founder of AVEDA Beauty Products.  For the past 18 years, Mr. Wada has been recognized as one of the elite Master Shear Sharpeners & Corrective Repair Experts in the United States.  He has been invited as a guest speaker and educator at the Annual IBSA Conference, International Beauty Sharpeners Association.  The admiration among his peers, as well as hairdressers & barbers is undeniable.
